Co-Founder | Videographer | Post Production EditorWhat started as a hobby turned into a full-tilt passion when Joe realized he had a knack for turning dust, adrenaline, and raw grit into cinematic gold. As the lead videographer and co-founder of Dirt Circus Media, Joe captures the unfiltered intensity of the rodeo world—from the chutes of Steamboat Springs Pro Rodeo to the arenas of Arizona Bull Ridings and PBR events across the West.
While his reel includes everything from mountaintop elopements to deep powder ski trips in Japan, it’s the roar of the crowd, the clang of the gate, and the 8-second ride that fuels his fire. Joe doesn’t just film rodeo—he lives it, breathes it, and edits every frame like it was his own ride.

Windy’s been in the media arts game for over 20 years, so if it involves computers, design, or keeping a project on track, she’s probably already done it—twice. Armed with a B.S. in Media Arts & Design and a M.Ed. in Instructional Design & Technology, she’s basically a Swiss Army knife in human form. When she’s not wrangling cameras or adventuring, she’s keeping Joe (and the entire operation) in check, tackling everything from filming to random tasks only she knows how to handle.

Raised in rodeo bloodlines that read like a Hall of Fame roll call — Jaxton carries the weight of legends on his shoulders. But you wouldn’t know it by his swagger. He doesn’t flinch. Doesn’t fold. He shows up with steel in his spine and fire in his gut, embodying the cowboy code: “A gentleman in the parlor, a savage in the saddle.”
Jaxton keeps it real when it comes to the danger of the sport:
"The moment you start thinking ‘Maybe I’ll get hurt,’ that’s when it happens. You’ve got to tap into a lion-like killer mamba mentality and just let your body go to work."
